Shipping costs

  1. The shipping costs within Germany and Austria are EUR 5.49 including VAT. For orders over EUR 65.00 including VAT, we cover the shipping costs. Within Switzerland the shipping costs are CHF 5.00 including VAT. From an order value of 100.00 CHF or over including VAT, we cover the shipping costs. Within Italy the shipping costs are EUR 5.49 including VAT for orders up to 45.00 including VAT. From an order value of 45.00 EUR or over including VAT, we cover the shipping costs.
  2. If the goods can no longer be transported with DHL (or similar), the cost will be charged based on a separate agreement (e.g. shipping by a shipping company). If this were to occur, we would contact you beforehand.

Delivery Countries

We deliver within Germany, Italy, Austria and Switzerland, although not all products may be available in the local market.
